We are based in Hong Kong, the international gateway to China at the centre of Asia Pacific and just one hour drive from Shenzhen, the electronics manufacturing capital of the world. We operate a highly consultative service for companies and individuals globally have been responsible for projects and placements in the US, Europe and our headquarters in APAC.

Our founder and Managing Director, Brian Trappe, started his career in a respected technical consultancy in Europe working for a number of years as a Chartered Engineer before moving into headhunting in 2003. Since then he has lived across Europe and Asia working with companies globally in the Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Mobile Telecommunications, Software and Renewable Energy fields. The convergence of these industries as well as a new vision for how headhunting should support fast-growing, international companies led him to found Axiom in 2016.
