我们的创始人兼总经理Brian Trappe在欧洲一家受尊敬的技术咨询公司开始了他的职业生涯。在2003进入猎头行业之前，曾担任过多年特许工程师。此后，他一直在欧洲和亚洲各地与汽车、消费电子、移动通信、软件和可再生能源领域的全球公司合作。这些行业的融合以及猎头应该如何支持快速增长的国际公司的新愿景促使他在2016创立了Axiom。
